Hey there, my name is Curious. I’m a freelance digital artist who religiously binge watches old tv shows and sleeps a lot. I’m currently working my way through college to get my art degree at the moment. Ive been drawing my whole life but I started my digital journey back in late August of 2017. Much of my work consists of colorful feral creatures and humanoid character illustrations.

Commissions

I open up for commissions periodically and announce them a few days prior and close them until the next wave opens up again. Be aware that I can only do about 2-3 commissions at a time.Each commission will be added to my queue and will take no more than two weeks to complete. Before placing an order, please be sure to have read the entirety of the terms of service.

Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission from me you must read and agree to my terms below. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to comprehend them. If you disregard my terms, you will be barred from requesting my services permanently.

What I Draw

  • Minor physical trauma including but not limited to: bleeding extremities, cuts, bruises and abrasions

  • Brightly colored visuals

  • Humans and humanoids

  • Feral creatures, monsters and mythical creatures

What I Don’t Draw

  • Any and all sexually explicit content and fetishization

  • Romanticization of illegal activity (assault, murder, gun violence, etc.)

  • Highly explicit gore that showcases the anatomy in a grotesque manner

  • Hateful or derogatory messaging with the full intention of dehumanizing race, ethnicity, religion, mental and physical health, sexual and gender orientation

  • Realistic portraiture I.e. people, pets, etc.

My Rights as the Artist

  • I have the right to refuse anyone a commission within reason and without explanation

  • I have the right to refund any commissioner within valid reason

  • I have the right to change, edit, and update these terms.

  • I have the right to post/use any artwork I make as an example of my work (or to promote myself as an artist) on any website.

  • I do not utilize the right to sell said commissioned artwork in anyway. Your commission is yours to use as long as you follow my TOS

  • I have the right to adjust my work however I would like.

  • I have the right to update my prices and commission types as well as add or take away as I please

Usage Policy

You May

  • Repost my artwork on any website as long as you properly credit me with any of my official links such as my Instagram, etc. If you plan to upload any artwork that I have created to Toyhouse, please credit my username there, respectively.

You May Not

  • Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc.). As well as claim or trace my work as your own.

  • Use my artwork as an NFT. My artwork should NEVER ever be used as an NFT, regardless of whether you've commissioned it or not.

  • Repost my artwork on any website without proper credit.

  • Use commissioned artwork as input for AI training or generation whatsoever.

Rules

  • Payment for a commission is to be made in full once the commission is accepted by both parties, and work will not be started until the commission has been paid for.

  • Third party payees will not be accepted.

  • All payments are processed through PayPal using the American Dollar (USD) as the conversion rate.

  • Payments will be requested via invoice and are required to be answered within the next 48 hours of it being sent; otherwise, the order will be voided.

  • Please provide a clear, visual reference of the character or characters (no shading, filters or other obscurities) upon request.

  • I do not offer custom designs or custom made reference sheets, so mood boards, inspirational pieces (either made by the recipient or made by another artist) and written descriptions will not be taken otherwise.

  • Refunds will only be issued through Paypal.

  • If your commission has been started (ie. sketch or complete line work ) and you request a refund, you will only receive a partial refund which will be dictated by how much work has been completed.

  • If your commission is over the halfway mark to completion (ie. coloring, shading, or background work), you will not be entitled to a refund, even if one is requested.

  • I will send updates of your commission at the sketch phase and color phase. In between updates (ie. line art, shading, background) can be personally requested if so desired.

  • Once an update has been shown and approved, I will not edit that stage. For example, If you have approved the sketch phase, and then later ask me to change the pose or expression, I have the right to decline this change.

  • I will not allow more than one character change before a commission has begun. If you wish to change your character once your commission has been started, I will decline.

  • If the character change is drastic, (i.e. changes in aesthetic or apparel) I will flat out decline to draw this new character. Please make sure you are secure in which character you are requesting for your commission(s).

  • All finished products will be sent through my business email for higher quality. If you are uncomfortable with at, arrangements can be made.
